Return Policy

DoggieNation.com makes customer satisfaction our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange or refund. Additional guidelines are noted below.

Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable & any item PERSONALIZED is NOT refundable. If an item is personalized and needs to be exchanged, DoggieNation.com charges $11.50 (includes shipping) for the replacement item.

In cases of a return, you must complete the return/exchange form AND e-mail info@doggienation.com with your name, order number, the size and name of the product and the specific problem you have encountered. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted. DoggieNation.com is not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.

If we have sent an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Please e-mail info@doggienation.com for a replacement shipment.

If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us and also pay the amount for shipping the replacement item back to you. Utilize the return/exchange form and we will bill your credit card for the return shipping charges.

Non-defective, correct sized merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, and include the original receipt or packing slip. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise.

We suggest you send your return/exchange via UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. DoggieNation.com is not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package can be tracked and this will serve as confirmation of mailing.

Pet Safety

Our pet clothing is intended to be worn by your pet only while under the direct supervision of a responsible adult. There is always a danger of an unsupervised pet becoming tangled in the clothing or choking. We urge you to use the utmost care in assuring the safety of your pets at all times! DoggieNation.com is not responsible for damage that is caused to your pet by any of the merchandise.

Please note:

We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for merchandise sent back after 30 days, merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original condition. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer. This may result in multiple shipments for different items, please refer to the item's availability to determine when each item will be shipped.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. We will send you a shipping label to send the merchandise back to us. We will send you an exchange for the damaged item. If you wish to return the damaged product, please fill out the Download Return/Exchange Form [PDF]. Once we receive the item back, we will credit you for the item.
