How long will it be before my order is shipped?
Orders are processed upon receipt and shipped within 7-10 business days. If the item is readily available it will ship sooner. If you need your item expedited, please e-mail info@doggienation.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional shipping fees may apply to expedited orders. An email will be sent (to your email address received at the time of purchase) to confirm the order has been shipped with the tracking information.
What is the return / exchange policy?
DoggieNation.com makes customer satisfaction our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange or refund. Additional guidelines are noted below.
Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable & any item PERSONALIZED is NOT refundable. If an item is personalized and needs to be exchanged, DoggieNation.com charges $11.50 (includes shipping) for the replacement item.
In cases of a return, you must complete the return/exchange form AND e-mail info@doggienation.com with your name, order number, the size and name of the product and the specific problem you have encountered. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted. DoggieNation.com is not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
If we have sent an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Please e-mail info@doggienation.com for a replacement shipment.
If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us and also pay the amount for shipping the replacement item back to you. Utilize the return/exchange form and we will bill your credit card for the return shipping charges.
Non-defective, correct sized merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, and include the original receipt or packing slip. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards and debit cards. All orders are processed through a secure server utilizing 128-bit security encryption for maximum protection of sensitive information. Please be assured that credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered by anyone.
DoggieNation.com understands not everyone is comfortable sending credit card information over secure sites on the Internet. For those customers that prefer not to do so, we also accept credit cards payments by phone-(407)359-3480, fax-(407)359-3481, or mail by personal checks (US dollars drawn on a US bank), and money orders in US dollars. For money orders, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. For personal checks, the order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared the bank.
How will my product be shipped?
DoggieNation.com uses the United States Postal Service to ship orders. If you need an order sent next day air, we can send your package via UPS (pending the item is available immediately). Please send an e-mail to info@doggienation.com and we will bill you for the additional shipping fees.
Why won't my email address work with PayPal?
DoggieNation.com uses PayPal to process credit card payments. If you have a PayPal account and the same email address is registered with PayPal, you must use an alternate email address (not linked to PayPal) to complete your order.
Why isn't my credit card accepted?
DoggieNation.com uses PayPal to process credit card payments. If you have a PayPal account and the credit card is registered with PayPal, you must use an alternate credit card (not linked to PayPal) to complete your order or use your PayPal account to process your payment. If you continue to have an issue with your payment, please contact us at (407)359-3480. You may also contact PayPal at 1-888-221-1161.
How do I size my dog?
Each product is made differently and your dog will vary in size for each product. Please measure your dog! Please do not guess or go by another product size you may have previously purchased. There is a size chart attached to each product to assist in determining the correct size for your dog.
What if I am looking for a specific product, but I cannot find it on your website?
Please e-mail info@doggienation.com a detailed description of the product you are looking for. Include as much information as possible, such as manufacturer, size, color and price range you have seen the product before. We have access to a variety of products and catalogs and we will do our best to locate this product for you.
