DoggieNation makes customer satisfaction our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling). Additional guidelines are noted below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Please be aware, we can only accept returns for orders placed directly through and fulfilled by DoggieNation. If you purchased or ordered any of our products through another retailer, we suggest contacting that particular retailer for return information. Refunds are not available unless there is coordinating purchase history.  Please complete the return form and email us with your name, order number, product name, size and the reason for return. Please fill out the form in its entirety.

We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.  All returns must be sent in original packaging and have all hang tags intact.  Upon inspection of the products, any pet odors, dog hair found and removal of original tags, a refund will not be granted by DoggieNation.  The item will be returned.  Once the product meets our criteria, a refund will be granted, however, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please be advised that if you wish to return an item for a refund that was received as a gift, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.  When you contact our Customer Service Team, please be able to provide the order number or the purchaser’s information so we may easily locate the order in our system. If you choose to process an exchange DoggieNation will bill your credit card for the shipping fees to send the new product or size to you.

DoggieNation is not responsible for any returned packages or merchandise lost in shipping. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense and thus can be shipped using the customer’s choice of shipping carrier. DoggieNation is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure all packages returned to us. Returned items are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed and documented in our system. Any refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible after recorded receipt of the returned item. In the event of a return your bank statement may not show the refund for a period of time following return.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS – PERSONALIZED JERSEYS


If a jersey is personalized with your dog’s name, unfortunately this item cannot be returned for any reason. If the jersey didn’t fit properly and you would like another size, DoggieNation offers a jersey for a discounted price for a new jersey.  Please call us to process this special order.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS – WORLD SERIES, NFL PLAYOFFS OR SUPER BOWL


Any items purchased that are World Series teams, NFL Playoffs or NFL Super Bowl teams are final sale items and cannot be returned. If any of these items are sent back to DoggieNation, they will be returned to you as these items are non-refundable. If you need a different size an exchange will be granted.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS – CLEARANCE RETURNS


Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS – WHOLESALE RETURNS


There are no minimum requirements on wholesale ordering, therefore, our return policy does not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale orders are non-refundable and the return policy only applies to retail orders.

REFUND POLICY


All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All products must be returned in original packaging, or refund is forfeited. If you choose to return your order for a refund, and payment was made by credit or debit card, your refund will be submitted to the original card on file. If that credit card has since expired or will no longer accept a credit, DoggieNation will contact you for another method of receiving payment. If you choose to return your order for a refund, and payment was made by electronic check, personal check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery once your return is processed.
